The success of Backpack Blessings is directly related to the passion, enthusiasm and commitment of our volunteers! Volunteers are vital in every aspect of our packing events. Volunteer opportunities include moving pallets of food, unwrapping, sorting and counting food items, recycling cardboard, filling food bags, packing bins with food bags, and delivering bins of food to the schools and the kids who are going to receive them.

Donations to Backpack Blessings, Inc. are tax deductible as we are a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization. Money donated will go directly to feed children in Jones, Pamlico and Craven Counties on the weekends. Even the smallest donation can make a big impact in a child's life!
